Amaro del Ciclista is a product of a well-known company in Finale Emilia, Casoni.

The company born as a distillery for grappa, brandy, and traditional Italian liquor in 1814, the family since the early time is known as a company that looks at the future in terms of production and ideas. Casoni it has to produce Amaro and Aperitif bitter for a very long time, always keeping the tradition but using new method and techniques.

In 2017 a new premium line product was launched together with the Amaro del Ciclista in honour of the grandfather of the company that at the of his daily bike cycling, he was drunk a glass of Amaro.

The Amaro following the family recipe and using ingredients very familiar to the company, likewise star anise, rhubarb, and gentian which they bring to the bitter smokiness and bitterness.
